Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
• Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Return Authorization

• Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Shipping Your Return

• Please package the item securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
